About us

The ANVITA Initiative

Founding Philosophy

ANVITA is a seminal and foundational initiative towards a personal, socio-cultural and informational paradigm designed at transformation of the human self through education, healthcare, individual refinement, active people-engagements and spiritual mentoring.

The ANVITA Initiative seeks to assist in evolution, progress, sustenance and survival by emphasizing and acting on our interdependence as beings and entities and the interconnectedness of our actions.Our endeavours can succeed only if we stay in harmony and move in symphony. Each of us needs to bond with the rest of us and pulsate in resonance with the natural scheme of things.

ANVITA recognizes that enlightened actions and empowered contributions from all involved will lead to increased productivity, harmony, togetherness and love.

The word;
the meaning

Anvita in Sanskrit offers that no physical sound, symbol, entity or moment has any meaning by itself; they attain sense and meaning and derive significance only with reference to the rest of existence.

In sum, ANVITA seeks to fill the gaps of life through the knowing and experiencing of its underlying meaning and glory.

    • Commencing schools in Poovathussery, Thrissur District, Kerala, India and Manya Village, Kasaragod District, Kerala, India. The study curriculum in these schools will be implemented in 2 streams patterned respectively around the syllabi prescribed by the University of Cambridge International Examinations and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) of the Government of India.

    • Managing and running a School that currently functions in Kallakatta Village, Kasaragod District, Kerala, India. The study curriculum in this school is based on the syllabus prescribed by the Government of Kerala, with Kannada as the first language of choice (taught alongside English) and the medium of instruction. Approval for commencing schooling with Malayalam as the medium of instruction is expected to be obtained soon from the Government of Kerala.

    Through these schools, for which lands are already available, ANVITA seeks to promote its
    ideals through education that extends beyond information, pedagogy, scholasticism and
    knowledge into fulfillment, enlightenment and refinement in their fullest senses and meanings.
    ANVITA aims at establishing an eclectic educational culture in which:

    1. Individual contributory effort and evolution drive societal change and reform;
    2. Knowing what is proper, appropriate and needed to be done in any given situation is learnt;
    3. The motivation and progress of the seeker are founded on total awareness of the self;
    4. Theory enlightens and enables the learner to lead from within while practice and experience ennoble his/her contributions;
    5. Cohabitation and progress in harmony with nature’s design and rhythms are emphasized.

    The Ashtavakra Gita says

    As pure Self, you are without any attachment and any activity. You are self-effulgent and stainless. This is your only bondage that you practise meditation and Samadhi.
    Verse 1.15
    The wise man does whatever appears to be done without thinking of good or bad. His actions are those of a child.
